The Person of Means Visa, called in spanish
Visa de solvencia económica propia, is the
second most common residency visa obtained
amoung our clients.

It is designed for those individuals that can live
in Panama by their own means. Most
professional people interested in relocate to
Panama and continue their businesses obtain
this residency visa.

$300,000.00 is the minimum amount required.
It can be a property in Panama of this amount,
a local certificate of deposit or a combination of
both.

If the person applies with dependants, an
additional
$2500.00 per person is required to
be included.

1) Pensionado Visa (Retirement Visa)

The Pensionado Visa, also called Retirement Visa
its the
most common and easiest Residency Visa
that a person can obtain.

It grants the opportunity to live in Panama with
minimum requirements for those individuals that
already receive a pension or retirement in their
countries.

$1000.00 is the minimum monthly income that a
person should receive in order to qualify for this Visa.

If the person applies with dependants, an additional
$250.00 per person is required to be shown in the
monthly income letter.

$750.00 is the minimum monthly income that a
person should receive if already own a property in
Panama with a value over
$100,000.00
