planting Teak wood, Caribbean Pine Caoba and other type of trees reaching a total of more
than 250,000 trees, allowing him to change the climate of the region with temperatures
oscillating between 24°C and 28°C. (79°F –83°F)
Most trees have been left untouched and many more have been planted that are valuable to
the ecosystem. There is a continual breeze through the area that keeps it very comfortable.
